The ten-day workshop of the ‘Lumbardhi Experimental Ensemble’ brought together Cemi Tatar (drums), Ilirjana Memaj (percussion), Alejna Laloshi (flute), Yasin Rada (guitar and midi), Hasib Karaçi (clarinet), Diart Ramadani (sound design), Agona Shporta (narrative) and Ilir Bajri (piano).
For the participants led by Ilir Bajri, this experience gave them the opportunity to become part of an ensemble and experiment with their musical skills and talents in a creative way within a group. Through this workshop, the group composed and produced a new soundtrack for the 18-minute documentary “Prizren, the City of Resources and Beauty, 1972”.‘
Lumbardhi Experimental Ensemble’ has been developed within the scope of Lumbardhi’s Education Program and is supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport and the Municipality of Prizren.
