A neo-noire cult classic starring Dennis Hopper and Bruno Ganz, this adaptation of Patricia Highsmith’s novel by the same name follows the relationship between a career criminal and a man dying of leukemia. This film won the German Critics Prize and gold in two categories of the German Film Prize in 1977.
