QARK is a format for collaborating with artists, researchers and curators to correspond with Lumbardhi’s research and programs. Through invitations or thematic open-calls, it supports research-based work, critical and socially-engaged practices and the generation of programs that create new interactions between the institution, the space and the public. Using the collaborative process as a means of collective learning, QARK aims to shape the ways in which Lumbardhi operates, opens itself and engages with the artistic and research community.

QARK is supported by the International Relief Fund of the German Federal Foreign Office, the Goethe-Institut, and other partners
