Composer, pianist and innovator Liburn Jupolli will give a presentation on the compositional wealth of Kosovo with an emphasis on the composers of Prizren and their activity, with a compositional development perspective in parallel with the activity of other composers of the XX and XXI century.

In the continuation of the presentation, participants of different levels who want to compose, will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop, where together they will learn about different techniques of the century. XX and compose music for the short silent film “Un Chien Andalou” by Luis Bunuel, which will be performed on Saturday as part of Liburn Jupolli’s concert. The workshop, which will be held after the presentation and will continue the next day, is open to everyone.

Liburn Jupolli is a composer, pianist and innovator in the field of classical music and alternative genres. He has a special interest in the innovation of musical instruments and the improvement of communication and musical education, as a medium of holistic communication and as a tool that can serve in learning other topics such as mathematics. He is currently studying in France, where he has completed his Master studies at EdTech with a focus on the development of musical instruments and communication at CRI – Center de Recherche Interdisciplinaire – Paris Descartes, where he is a PhD candidate.
