In this feature film, the lives of two very different mothers, from different cultural backgrounds and European cities, collide on a parallel course. Examining the contrasting needs of those who perform punishment to survive, and those who endure it to exist, the film carefully displays how both characters are connected by their aspiration for self-determination.
